Boarding Services
Our 5 acre farm is ideally set up to house and care for your alpacas.
Your animals will be given the royal treatment and cared for as though they were our own.
Your females are offered two months free board when being serviced by one of our stud males.
Our vet is specialized in camelids and is only 10 minutes from the farm. In the unlikely event that
veterinary assistance is required for an animal, every effort will be made to contact the owner,
and we will take all steps necessary to ensure its health and safety.
Should your alpacas’ stay be long enough to require it, we can perform routine health
procedures at our farm; toenail clipping, annual vaccinations, vitamin shots, teeth trimming, and
shearing are offered for your convenience.
In the near future, we're planning to offer training in addition to normal boarding. We'll have the set up,
equipment, and experience to handle and train your animal to accept a halter, walk on a lead, and stand
for examination or treatment.
Newly purchased animals from IslandLife Farms are offered free board, for up to 3 months, while you get your farm ready for their arrival.
